Among the nominated shows, HBO’s Watchmen scored the most nominations, with 26, followed by Amazon’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel with 20 and Netflix’s Ozark with 18. Jennifer Aniston, Olivia Colman, Jodie Comer, Laura Linney, Sandra Oh and Zendaya are up for best actress in a drama, sitting across from best actor hopefuls Jason Bateman, Sterling K. Brown, Steve Carell, Brian Cox, Billy Porter and Jeremy Strong.

In the best drama category, more than half of the nominees are found on streaming services: Netflix’s The Crown, Ozark and Stranger Things, Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale, and Disney Plus show The Mandalorian compete with BBC’s Killing Eve, HBO’s Succession and AMC’s Better Call Saul. In total, Netflix bagged 160 nominations while HBO managed 107. There were multiple nominations for several newcomers to the streaming game, including Apple TV Plus (18 noms), Disney Plus (18) and Quibi (10).
