Cobra Kai has been renewed for a fourth season, and if we weren’t excited enough, Netflix has also dropped the trailer and release date for season three.

Cobra Kai is a continuation of The Karate Kid franchise, which takes place 30 years after the events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament.

Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) is back and so is the conflict with Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka).

Season 2 ended in one hell of a mess and with a lot of unanswered questions.

Lives are literally in the balance and a vicious, violent war on the horizon.

With Johnny and Daniel in a neverending spiral of hatred and feuding, it seems that it’s actually those around them dealing with the consequences.

In a first-look trailer of season three, everyone is still reeling from the aftermath of the brawl between their dojos, which left Miguel (Xolo Maridueña) fighting for his life.

While Daniel searches for answers in his past and Johnny seeks redemption, Kreese (Martin Kove) further manipulates his vulnerable students with his own vision of dominance.

The soul of the Valley is at stake, and the fate of every student and sensei hangs in the balance.

Season three for the Netflix hit will premiere on Netflix on January 8, 2021.

Cobra Kai is available now on Netflix.
