Filming has been set for this June in the UK on a long-gestating movie about Keith Moon, late drummer of legendary band The Who, at White Horse Pictures.
Currently going by the title “The Real Me,” the project has former band members Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend on board as executive producers.
Paul Whittington (“The Crown”) helms from a script from by British screenwriter Jeff Pope (“Philomena”). The biopic has been loosely in the works since the early 2000s.
