“Wayne’s World” Revived For Ad Campaign

Mike Myers and Dana Carvey have returned to their iconic early characters Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar for a “Wayne’s World” revival tied to the SuperBowl next weekend.

The characters have been brought back for an Uber Eats campaign and during last night’s episode of “Saturday Night Live,” a new spot aired indicating they’ve got something big planned for the big game.

Released back in 1992, the first “Wayne’s World” followed the rock-loving slacker duo Wayne and Garth and was based on the popular sketch series from SNL. It scored rave reviews, was a box-office success, and is often quoted to this day.
