Marvel Studios has released a thread linking every one of the post-credit scenes from its 21 previous movies — leading the way to the debut of this week’s Avengers: Endgame.
It all started with the addition of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury to the very end of 2008’s Iron Man. “You think you’re the only superhero in the world?” he said. “Mr. Stark, you’ve become part of a bigger universe. You just don’t know it yet.”
From there, every film had a post-credit sting — or maybe two. Marvel sometimes has a mid-credit sequence that sets up something from future movies, and then at the very end of the credits there might be something that’s a bit more of a laugh.
Let’s go back and experience them all over again.
Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk (both 2008)
Iron Man 2 (2010) and Thor (2011)
Captain America (2011) and The Avengers (2012)
