British horror director Christopher Smith (“Triangle,” “Severance,” “Black Death,” “Creep”) has set up the supernatural thriller “Consecration” as his next effort at AGC Studios.
Smith will direct the project from a script he co-wrote with Laurie Cook with the story unfolding at a Scottish convent. Grace is a woman who travels to Mount Saviour Convent to investigate the suspicious death of her brother, a priest.
Once there, she uncovers murder, sacrilege and a disturbing truth about her own past. Cook, Xavier Marchand and Jason Newmark will produce the film which is currently casting. Shooting is set to begin later this summer in London and Scotland.
