IFC Films has released the impressive teaser trailer for Chloe Okuno’s psychological thriller “Watcher” which premiered at Sundance to rave reviews.
Maika Monroe plays an American woman who moves into a new apartment in Bucharest, Romania for her fiance (Karl Glusman). She is soon tormented by the feeling that she is being stalked by an unseen watcher in an adjacent building.
No matter what she does the feeling still remains, and soon her curiosity turns to fear when she hears of a murderer in the area. Burn Gorman, Gabriela Butuc, Madalina Anea, and Tudor Petrut co-star.
IFC Films will debut the film in select U.S. theaters and day-and-date on VOD starting June 3rd.
