Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios have released a trio of character posters from the upcoming “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.
The three offer looks at returning villains Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus, Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin, and Jamie Foxx as Electro. In addition, a new IMAX poster for the film is also out and all are included below.
The one-sheets come as it has been reported that the studios are being very serious about spoilers in regards to “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” so much so that members of the press apparently won’t be shown the full film in its entirety until the premiere or after.
Big Screen Leaks reports that long-lead press screenings happening today will only feature around 40 minutes of the actual movie to give journalists context for junkets and other press events, and to avoid leaked spoilers.
The full version of the film will then screen for the first time at the world premiere, followed by more regular media screenings for review purposes in the week of the movie’s general release.
The rule follows in the wake of a reporter from the trades spoiling the two post-credits scenes of “Eternals” immediately after watching the film at the premiere and days before the film’s general release.
