Vicki Gunvalson has officially taken legal action against her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 57, filed a lawsuit on Thursday to Clark County Court in Nevada against Ayers, 51, alleging he owes her a significant amount of money in unpaid loans.
According to the court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Ayers began borrowing from Gunvalson in 2011.
A few years later in 2016, Gunvalson alleges that she and Ayers entered into a written agreement, in which he “acknowledged the balance due on the loans in the amount of $184,899 to Gunvalson.”
The lawsuit also states that Ayers “agreed to provide an accounting of all sums paid to him in various income streams.”
Gunvalson claims Ayers never repaid the loan nor did he provide an accounting.

The reality star also alleges in the lawsuit that she paid for Ayers’ legal fees from their 2013 litigation in Clark County, Nevada, because he was unable to cover the costs.

The lawsuit states the former couple entered another agreement, in which Ayers consented to paying Gunvalson back $81,652.97.
“Although demand has been made, Ayers has failed and continues to fail to remedy or make good on the said to Gunvalson; that there is now due and owing from Ayers to Gunvalson the sum of $81,652.97, plus pre-judgement interest, attorneys’ fees and costs,” the documents state.
Gunvalson’s lawsuit also reveals she’s suing Ayers for fraud, alleging that he “intentionally represented to [Gunvalson] that he would promptly repay the funds borrowed from [Gunvalson], when in fact [he] had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans.”

“[Gunvalson] actually and justifiably relied upon such misrepresentations of material facts made by the [Ayers] and suffered damages in excess of $15,000.00,” the documents state.
Ayers did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
Gunvalson’s lawsuit comes after the Coto Insurance saleswoman spoke on her plans to take Ayers to court on the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion in November.

“I’m going after him … for money he owes me. He owes me a lot. I have an Excel spreadsheet on him,” said Gunvalson. “I don’t [want to] relive the emotion, I want my money back. The man lied to me and he’s not going to get away with it.”

Ayers, who dated Gunvalson for five years before their split in July 2015, made headlines when he admitted he had forged medical records relating to his alleged cancer diagnosis in order to make it appear as though he had been a patient at cancer hospital City of Hope. Though he maintained he was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in 2013, Ayers claimed he drafted the fake documents in order to quiet Gunvalson’s RHOC castmates, who had been questioning the validity of his illness at the time.
“I have made my share of mistakes which I regret. I pride myself in apologizing when I am wrong or have wronged others either intentionally or unintentionally,” Ayers told PEOPLE in 2016. “Through the first five years of dating Vicki, I was coined as a con man, low life, gold digger, dead beat, etc. Nothing could be further from the truth in reality.”
Gunvalson has insisted that she was totally in the dark about Ayers’ lies.
