Get ready for another term of Designated Survivor.
The White House drama was canceled by ABC at the end of season 2 but the series was quickly saved by Netflix and renewed for a third season. On Wednesday the streaming service announced that season 3 of Designated Survivor will launch June 7.
To announce the launch, star Kiefer Sutherland recorded a video encouraging those who may not have caught the first two seasons of the show to get excited for the new episodes.
“Don’t panic. Just jump on in. The water’s fine,” he says in a video posted on Twitter Wednesday.
The two-minute video also includes a recap of seasons 1 and 2 to refresh the memory of fans as well as prime new viewers for season 3.
