If grabbing a Cornetto from the freezer isn’t enough to satisfy your ice cream cravings, this house could be perfect for you.
It comes with its own ice cream bar, with sections for lots of flavours.
To add to that diner feeling, there’s a fizzy drinks tap too.
You’ll also get three bathrooms and four bedrooms, so plently of space for a family.
The only catch is that you’ll have to move to Westerville, Ohio, US, but if that appeals, it could all be yours for $338,800 (£245,00).
The description on Zillow says: ‘Beautiful property! Spacious & comfortable, this one-of-a-kind 4-level split features 4 generously-sized bedrooms, 3 full baths, open floor plan, huge great room, cozy library w/fireplace, high ceilings, living room w/2nd fireplace, & plenty of space to welcome family & friends.
‘Tons of storage & closets throughout. New water heater (2020) & newer furnace. Heated workshop located off the attached 2-car garage w/extra-wide driveway. Parklike backyard is gorgeous & offers a partially-covered in-ground pool & patio just perfect for warm weather gatherings.
‘Quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks, just minutes from uptown Westerville’s unique shops & eateries. New, happy memories await you in this lovely Westerville home. Great deal, and an incredible opportunity to make it your own!’
Some of the rooms need a little updating but it could be a great project to enjoy.
The listing was posted on Zillow Gone Wild and it attracted hundreds of comments.
While some were attracted by the ice cream bar, people were also confused by the pool, which is mostly outside except for a section with what looks like a garage over it.
One said: ‘Is no one going to mention how genius the garage grotto for the pool is? Between that and the ice cream bar, this is like my dream home. Also, that kitchen/dining area has soooo much space for renovations.’
Another added: ‘Yes it needs updates and I am not 100% sure what is going on with that pool but, I want this house. The ice cream bar pulled me in and the rest is just fun on top of more fun.’
‘I worked at a Baskin Robbins in high school, I’d feel right at home,’ someone else joked.
