Bethesda’s major new franchise “Starfield” is expected to be one of the Xbox’s biggest exclusive draws over the next few years. With the game well over a year away from release though, there’s still a lot of unknowns about it.
On Thursday, Bethesda offered up some insight into the title with a look at three key in-game locations as design director Emil Pagliarulo shows off a variety of different places available to explore.
One is the Freestar Collective’s walled city of Akila which is a loose confederation of three distinct star systems. One is Neon, a pleasure city home to a giant fishing platform that manufactures the psychotropic drug Aurora.
Finally there’s New Atlantis, the United Colonies’ capital city and a “true reflection” of what the future of our world may look like. “Starfield” releases November 11th next year for Xbox Series X|S and PC.
