WORKOUT DIRECTIONS
First, do the warm-up. You’ll do each move in the warm-up for 30 seconds.
Then do the workout. Do each move in the workout for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds between moves. Once you finish the entire circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Repeat the circuit twice more, resting 60 seconds between rounds.
Last, do the cooldown. You’ll do each move in the cooldown for 30 seconds.
