Chandler Riggs has left fans concerned for his health after sharing a photo from his hospital bed.
The former Walking Dead actor offered no explanation about his ailment but simply said ‘we back’ alongside the photo.
In the image, Chandler is seen giving a thumbs up while covered in a warming blanket and a face mask. Several IV drips are seen in his right arm.
It seems the actor has found a way to keep himself occupied as he also tweeted: ‘Buying more GME from my hospital bed today. can’t stop, wont stop, gamestop.’
Fans rushed to pass on their well wishes with one replying: ‘I’m so glad you’re OK I’ve been praying for you the whole night quick recovery send you good vibes.’
A surprised follower said: ‘I didn’t even know you were under the weather! Feel better buddy!’
‘Omg, what happened ?! I hope you get well soon !!’ another commented.
One other fan said: ‘I pray that whatever you’re doing you heal soon. Take it easy.’
In 2019, Chandler was rushed to hospital after being thrown off the back of a horse.
The 21-year-old’s mum, Gina-Ann Riggs, shared a picture of her bambino looking slightly worse for wear as he threw his thumb up towards the camera from a hospital bed.
In the caption, the concerned parent updated fans, and wrote: ‘The call every mom hopes she never gets… Thankfully, he’s going to be ok and thankfully I’m here with him!
‘He was thrown off of his horse yesterday afternoon. Thank goodness he was wearing a helmet. He has a pretty bad concussion and is in a lot of pain but no broken bones!’
She added: ‘I took the first flight out to LA and got here at around 9:30 last night. Keep him in your prayers!! ‘Oh, and I had missed his episode so I stayed off of social media until I finally watched it this morning. Thank you for all of the kind words!!’
Chandler is best known for playing Carl Grimes in AMC’s The Walking Dead from 2010-2018. However since leaving the long-running zombie series, Chandler has focused on his making music.
