Quick News Boss Justice City Liu

The Boss Baby: Family Business
Universal and DreamWorks Animation have moved the animated sequel “The Boss Baby: Family Business” from March 26th 2021 to September 17th 2021. That new date had been set for “The Bad Guys” which has been pushed to 2022.

Justice League
Filmmaker Zack Snyder has indicated we should know a launch date for his much-touted cut of “Justice League” as early as next month. Speaking with The Film Junkie, Snyder says they’re waiting for “Wonder Woman 1984” to have its time in the sun, and then: “Probably in the new year, we’re going to have a hard announcement of the date, a hard date and a cool announcement, a little activation.”

Pretend Its A City
Netflix has unveiled a trailer for the Martin Scorsese-directed docuseries “Pretend It’s a City” set to premiere on January 8th. The series centres around critic and essayist Fran Lebowitz to give insight into her past while also exploring her thorough commentary on the New York way of life.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
Actor Simu Liu has spent much of the past year in Sydney, Australia filming or prepping for Marvel Studios’ “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings”. It’ll be a while before we see him in action, though.

Today the actor revealed a fun action short he shot in Sydney, one with big references to “The Matrix” (which was also shot there two decades ago), that stars Zac Wang and Vi-Dan Tran. Mostly it gives us a good idea of what Liu will look like fighting on screen.
