Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) is set to take drastic action in order to expose the truth about evil Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew) in Coronation Street – but when he catches her in the act trying to obtain his laptop for evidence, will he respond in a killer way, getting rid of her for good?
With Elaine (Paula Wilcox) still missing and feared dead, Sally is unsure of what Geoff is capable of so when Tim (Joe Duttine) lets slip to Sally about the CCTV cameras set up in the house, she knows she is playing with fire by heading across to try and get proof of his abuse of Yasmeen Nazir (Shelley King).
As Sally concocts her plan, Goeff assures Tim he is the innocent party and a weary Tim promises his dad he believes him. Meanwhile Sally confides in Cathy Matthews (Melanie Hill) about the CCTV and Cathy tells her any footage will be on Geoff’s laptop.
Sally tells Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) she wants to get a book for Yasmeen so she can get the keys. Spying Geoff’s laptop she puts it in her bag just as Geoff returns. Will he believe her story for being there?
Whether or not Geoff discovers that Sally has the laptop, an aggressive confrontation explodes, leaving Sally fearing for her safety and the police getting involved and taking Geoff in for questioning.
But if Sally has discovered proof of the type of man he is, how far is Geoff prepared to go in order to silence her?
And will it take a devastating loss for Tim to finally see the monster that his dad is?
