I know you guys have a love-hate relation ship with my HIIT workouts. But I promise – this one is DIFFERENT :D Of course, it’s high intensity.
But it’s sooo much fun at the same time, I don’t notice that it’s exhausting until the end. I tried to take the mood of “Hey Mama” of the Happy Dance Workout & extend it to an entire video. Hope you like it!!
