Here is a unique recipe you can make using French vanilla syrup and vodka. The recipe calls for 1 ½ ounce of chilled vodka, ½ ounce of French vanilla syrup, and 1 small pineapple. To make, cut the pineapple into small pieces. Muddle the pineapple and place it in a shaker. Add the vodka and French vanilla syrup. Shake then strain. Pour the mix into a chilled champagne glass. As an option, you can garnish the drink with a slice of pineapple. This recipe yields a single serving. Problem solved. It calls for 4 cups of ginger beer or ginger ale, 1 cup of club soda or seltzer water, 3 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 ounces of grenadine, some maraschino cherries, and ice. To assemble, stir together all liquid ingredients. Once combined, pour over a tall glass of ice. Then, garnish the mocktail with some maraschino cherries. Enjoy and take sips with a paper straw. You can consume an endless amount of this delicious mocktail without worrying about a hangover in the morning.
To Wine and Dine
Are you planning a dinner party and wanted to create an unconventional take on serving dinner with wine? How about creating a wine cocktail? A wine cocktail? Are you talking about a mimosa or a bellini? Those aren’t new. Is there anything else similar but distinctive? Yes, there is and here is a recipe for one. The recipe asks for 1 ounce of your favorite Moscato, chilled, and 1 ounce of your favorite vodka, also chilled. To make, combine Moscato and vodka by stirring. Next, pour the mixture into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. If you are wondering if it’s okay to use flavored Moscato and or vodka, it’s okay! If you choose to go this route, garnish your wine cocktail in a way that it will give your guests a hint of your unique cocktail’s flavor.
