Anti-vaccination views can spread on YouTube, but a new analysis suggests the site has begun to get a handle on its vaccine disinformation problem.
Twelve years ago a study found 42 per cent of more than 150 videos on YouTube were negative towards vaccination. By comparison, Ethan Reever at Quinnipiac University, Connecticut found that now just 12 per cent from a similar collection of videos were negative about vaccination, with 2 per cent ambiguous and the rest positive.
