Wherever you are in life, no matter how much money or how big a house you have, chances are you feel that there is some circumstance or another that is holding you back from where you want to be. If you feel this way, you are not alone. In fact, it is far rarer to not feel this way than to feel this way. It doesn’t matter how big and important the thing is that you feel is holding you back, or how small anyone else might see it as; from your subjective point of view the circumstances probably seem insurmountable.
What if I told you that you could start taking control of your own life today? That you do not have to be a slave to your circumstances? It’s true! Whether you are being held back by a bad relationship, a depressing job, an empty bank account, or any other negative situation in life, you can take control and stop being paralysed by your circumstances.
The first step to taking control of your life is to understand the programming that is causing you to give away your power to circumstances. We all receive programming throughout our lives. Every time we take any action or receive any consequence to any action, we are learning a lesson which stays with us like a program that has been downloaded onto our hard drives. These lessons reinforce themselves, and reinforce the lesson that we are dependent on our circumstances.
The liberating and possibly terrifying fact is that you are not, in fact, dependent on your circumstances. Believe that you are dependent and you give power to your circumstances. Believe that you have the power and ability to change anything that needs to be changed, and you break your dependence on outer circumstances to make the changes you want to see.
As you have experiences and form memories, these memories teach your subconscious certain lessons. If the memories are negative, the lessons may be similar to the following:
1. I can’t get out of this situation.
2. It is impossible to change this situation.
3. This situation is someone else’s fault.
4. I can’t take responsibility over my whole life.
5. I am worried about bad things that might happen.
6. I am a victim.
7. It is easier to complain about the situation than to change it.
8. I get attention and emotional support when I am helpless.
9. There isn’t anything I could do about it anyway.
10. I deserve this kind of life.
Your past memories may have taught you these lessons, but you do not have to spend the rest of your life believing them! You can break the negative patterns and take control of your life! I can help you erase the negative memories that are keeping you locked in a pattern of blaming your circumstances. Once you are free from these memories, you will be able to change your own circumstances and take control of your life!
